Please note: When processing below 5°C, the surface should be pre-treated with MD AKTIVATOR NR. 11. Before applying the product, it is important to clean the surfaces with MARSTON CLEANER. Residues of cutting oils and washing lyes should be removed with hot water.

Application instructions:
When processing below 5°C, the surfaces of products 670 and 675 should be pre-treated with MD AKTIVATOR NR. 11. All parts must be clean, dry and dust-free before application; clean them with MARSTON CLEANER.

Application instructions:
Clean the thread with MD CLEANER before applying the screw lock. When processing below 5°C, pre-treat the surfaces with MD AKTIVATOR NR. 11.
For plastic threads, use MD GLUE RAPIDKLEBSTOFF BS, for example. Anaerobic adhesives cure in the absence of oxygen and metal contact. For passive/inactive surfaces, we recommend using MD AKTIVATOR NR. 11 to accelerate curing.

MD ACTIVATOR NO. 11
Ideal for anaerobic liquid plastics

MD ACTIVATOR NO. 11 from MARSTON-DOMSEL accelerates the curing of anaerobic liquid plastics, especially at low temperatures. It is particularly recommended for use with passive metals, inactive surfaces and larger adhesive gaps.

MD ACTIVATOR NO. 11 should be used at an ambient temperature below +5°C.

Application:
Apply the anaerobic product to one side. Spray the activator onto the other side and then join the parts together. If the surfaces are dirty, it may be necessary to repeat the treatment. Porous surfaces may require a second activation. Allow the solvent to evaporate and bond the parts together no later than 7 days after activation.
