MD MS Window Adhesive – High-Performance Sealant and Adhesive

MS Window Adhesive is a permanently elastic, moisture-curing, single-component sealant and adhesive that has been specially developed for structural connections with high strength requirements. Thanks to innovative MS polymer technology (modified silane polymers), it combines the advantages of various sealants and adhesives such as PUR, silicone, acrylates and butyl rubber in a single product. It is silicone-free, halogen-free, environmentally friendly, contains no isocyanates and is solvent-free.

Properties:

• Excellent adhesion to metal, glass, plastics, paints, primers, wood-based materials and mineral substrates – even without primer
• Remains elastic after curing in a temperature range from -40 °C to +120 °C
• Does not shrink, is vibration-resistant and neutrally cross-linking
• Odourless and fast curing
• Can be painted over immediately wet-on-wet with acrylate and dispersion paints
• UV and ageing resistant

Applications:

MS windscreen adhesive is ideal for bonding car windscreens and for bonding and sealing sunroof systems. It is used in structural bonding in car body, container, wagon and vehicle construction, for sealing weld seams, floor and connection joints (even on wet surfaces), for bonding corner profiles in window construction and in floor constructions. In addition, it can also be used in ventilation and air conditioning technology, apparatus engineering, plastics technology and civil engineering.
