Our new 2K F-System Greenline empty cartridges from medmix Industry Switzerland AG offer a sustainable solution for the application of 2K adhesives and sealants. Made from 100% post-consumer recycled polypropylene (PCR PP), they enable a 36% reduction in CO₂ emissions compared to conventional cartridges – without compromising on quality or performance. These cartridges not only offer an environmentally friendly option, but also high efficiency and reliability in industrial applications.

The cartridges are ideal for use with two-component adhesives and sealants and are fully compatible with F-System Mixpac™ static mixers. They offer a sustainable, reliable and efficient solution for a wide range of industrial applications.

A particular highlight is the innovative mixing nozzle with separate outlets, which protects the product from unwanted sticking. After use, the cartridge can be securely sealed, preventing the two components from mixing unintentionally – nozzle blockages are a thing of the past! This not only increases the shelf life of the material but also reduces waste, making the application even more sustainable overall.

MD PU PROTECT ist ein umweltfreundlicher, lösemittelfreier Klebstoff, der ohne Diisocyanate-Schulung verwendet werden kann.
Er bietet hohe Festigkeiten und ist witterungs- sowie alterungsbeständig.
Die Kartuschen bestehen aus 100% recyceltem Polypropylen und reduzieren CO2-Emissionen um 36 %.
Der Klebstoff eignet sich für das dauerhafte Verbinden und Reparieren von Metall, Holz und Kunststoff, einschließlich zerbrochener Teile wie Stoßfänger und Scheinwerferhalterungen. Nach etwa 30 Minuten kann er nachbearbeitet werden.

MD GLUE EVOLUTION

MD GLUE EVOLUTION is a solvent-free cyanoacrylate adhesive used in demanding applications where outstanding performance characteristics are required. It offers excellent resistance to various environmental influences, high temperatures, ageing and numerous chemicals, as well as high strength and fatigue resistance.

This low-blooming, mild-smelling adhesive has been specially developed for bonding a wide range of plastics, metals and rubbers. MD GLUE EVOLUTION is particularly suitable for difficult-to-bond materials, including porous or absorbent substrates such as wood, paper, leather and textiles. Thanks to its strong polymerisation with air humidity, it cures quickly and meets the highest industry standards.
