MD Zinc-Aluminium Spray
MD Zinc-Aluminium Spray provides highly effective, heat-resistant corrosion protection for a wide range of base metals. It offers excellent adhesion to non-ferrous metals and iron and is ideal for demanding applications in industrial, trade and commercial environments.

Areas of application:
Zinc-aluminium spray is mainly used in industry, trade and other commercial areas where galvanised metal surfaces need to be treated, repaired or protected against corrosion. It is particularly suitable for use in air conditioning and ventilation technology, heating systems, pipeline construction and machine housings. Due to its colour similarity to freshly galvanised surfaces, it also enhances the appearance of damaged or old zinc coatings.

Processing instructions:
Application temperature: +18°C to +25°C. Shake the can thoroughly before spraying until the ball is audible, then test on an inconspicuous area. Remove rust and grease from the surfaces to be treated beforehand. Apply the spray in a criss-cross pattern from a distance of 20 to 30 cm. If applying several coats, allow 5 to 8 minutes drying time between coats. The surface is touch-dry after approx. 15 to 20 minutes. Complete drying takes approx. 24 hours.
