MD Zinc Spray (dark grey)
MD Zinc Spray is a fast-drying corrosion protection with excellent long-term effectiveness for metallic surfaces. The zinc and zinc compounds contained in the spray consist of over 90% pure zinc, which ensures a high level of protection.

Areas of application:
Zinc spray is widely used in industry, trade and car body construction, especially where metals are exposed to the weather or need to be protected from corrosion. It adheres to almost all types of metal and offers reliable protection at drill, cut and joint points, as well as a primer for equipment and machine parts that are permanently exposed to the weather.

Properties:
Fast-drying, smooth and non-porous film layer.
Spot weldable, electrically conductive and suitable as a conductive intermediate layer.
Heat resistant up to approx. +500°C.
Zinc spray can be painted over. However, due to the wide range of paint systems available, it is recommended that you test the paintability yourself.

Processing instructions:
The surfaces to be coated must be free of grease, oil and contaminants. Processing should be carried out at temperatures between +18°C and +25°C. Shake the aerosol can vigorously for approx. 3 minutes before use, test on an inconspicuous area and then apply in a criss-cross pattern from a distance of 20 to 30 cm. The surface is touch-dry after approx. 20 to 30 minutes. Complete drying takes approx. 24 hours.
