Product description:
MD Welding Separator K66 is a silicone-free, solvent-free anti-adhesive agent that stands out thanks to its excellent separating properties. It is non-flammable and therefore particularly safe to use. The spray effectively protects against sparks sticking to the metal being welded and prevents gas and electric nozzles from sticking or clogging. It is also suitable for use in automated welding systems with permanent spray devices and is characterised by its economical consumption.

Areas of application:
K66 welding release spray is versatile and suitable for all common welding work, for example in container, steel, automotive, tool and commercial vehicle construction. It offers reliable protection and makes daily welding processes easier.

Application instructions:
The spray is applied evenly to the surface to be protected from a distance of approx. 20-30 cm. After application, the protective layer ensures easy separation of the workpieces and prevents unwanted burning or sticking effects.
