MD Rust Transformer Spray – No more rust!

Product description:
MD Rust Transformer removes and completely converts existing rust in a single step and forms an impermeable PU acrylic protective layer that prevents renewed oxidation on the metal surfaces to be treated.

The ultimate mechanism of action of MD Rust Transformer:
Step 1: The rust is converted by chemical active pigments and oxygen binders. The metal surface turns black, i.e. the rust (iron oxide) is converted. The Rust Transformer works its way deep into the metal surface. Depending on the layer application and temperature, this reaction can take 5 to 14 days.
Step 2: Parallel to the rust conversion, a cold- and heat-stable PU acrylic protective layer (-30°C to +180°C) coats the converted metal surface and, depending on the ambient temperature, forms a fully cured, flexible surface after approx. 14-24 hours. Temperature resistant up to +180°C.

The result is a durable protective layer with water-insoluble acrylic resin that also protects damaged areas. Further oxidation is prevented.
