MD Polymer Lubricant Spray Special
Silicone spray set as an insertion, lubrication and greasing aid

The polymer lubricant spray is a high-quality care and installation aid for seals and profiles made of rubber (e.g. EPDM) and other elastomers. After application, it forms a long-lasting lubricating film on the treated surfaces and ensures excellent lubricating properties. The friction coefficients are reduced by up to 40%. The spray prevents the formation of stress cracks when in contact with Plexiglas or polycarbonate and enables problem-free further processing (bonding, painting, printing, etc.) of adjacent materials.

Areas of application:
Installation of seals, window profiles and similar components.
Support during installation in the construction sector, e.g. for seals and profiles for aluminium, plastic and wooden windows.
In the automotive sector for profiles on windows, doors and boot seals.

Application:
Shake the can well before use. The polymer lubricant spray is applied by spraying it onto the finished part. The dosage is between 5 and 20 g/m², depending on the shape of the component and the respective application conditions. When used properly, the coated profiles can be stored for at least one year. The application can be repeated if necessary.
