Product description:
MD Mould Release Spray provides reliable and stable release properties by forming a fine, protective surface film. This film protects against corrosion, repels water and ensures easy separation of moulded parts. The spray is acid- and silicone-free, which allows for versatile application. It prevents thermoplastics from sticking to moulds and allows for easy post-treatment after application, such as painting, bonding, metallisation or printing. The product is specially designed for use with thermoplastics and ensures clean, problem-free demoulding.

Areas of application:
MD Mould Release Spray is ideal for use in plastics processing, mould templates, metal die casting and other areas where reliable separation of moulds is required. The fine spray penetrates even the smallest openings in metal moulds and facilitates the removal of pressed parts. It can also be used as a lubricant and fine lubricant as well as for regreasing plastics and metals.

Application:
Shake the can well before use. Spray the spray thinly and evenly onto the surfaces to be treated from a distance of 25 to 30 cm. If necessary, the application can be repeated to ensure optimum release.
