MD MIX epoxy resin repair putty the versatile solution for your repair needs

MD MIX COPPER:

Ideal for repairs to pipes and bends, hot and cold water pipes, copper gutters and sheet metal as well as water tanks and flanges.

MD MIX epoxy resin repair putty is the ideal solution for repairing faulty holes, cracks and broken threads on metal, wood and plastic. With its ability to effectively fill cracks and holes, MD MIX offers a reliable repair option that is both temperature resistant up to +180°C and up to +300°C for short periods. This makes it a perfect companion for repairs directly on site.

Processing instructions:

To achieve optimum results, the parts to be repaired should be clean and free of oil and grease. Roughening the surface can increase the strength of the bond. Cut off the required amount of MD MIX and knead the material for about 2 minutes until a uniform color is achieved and the material becomes warm. Then apply the putty to the damaged areas and model as required. Mechanical processing is possible after approx. 20 minutes, while complete curing takes place after 24 hours. Please note that processing should not take place below +5°C outside temperature. MD MIX can also be used under water.

Application examples:

MD MIX is ideal for repairing incorrectly drilled holes, holes in pipes, blowholes and all cracks in metal, wood and plastic. After a short time, the repaired parts can be sanded, milled, drilled and painted over.
