MD MIX Epoxy Repair Putty is the ideal solution for repairing misdrilled holes, cracks and broken threads in metal, wood and plastic. With its ability to effectively fill cracks and holes, MD MIX offers a reliable repair option that is temperature-resistant up to +180°C and can withstand short-term temperatures of up to +300°C. This makes it a perfect companion for repairs directly on site.

Processing instructions:

For best results, the parts to be repaired should be clean and free of oil and grease. Roughening the surface can increase the strength of the bond. Cut off the required amount of MD MIX and knead the material for about 2 minutes until it reaches a uniform colour and becomes warm. Then apply the putty to the damaged areas and shape it as required. Mechanical processing is possible after approx. 20 minutes, while complete curing takes place after 24 hours. Please note that processing should not be carried out at outside temperatures below +5°C. MD MIX can also be used underwater.

Application examples:

MD MIX is ideal for repairing misdrilled holes, holes in pipes, cavities and all types of cracks in metal, wood and plastic. After a short time, the repaired parts can be sanded, milled, drilled and painted over.
