2-component epoxy resin for versatile repairs

MD MET liquid metal is an innovative 2-component epoxy resin base that is ideal for repairing faulty holes, cracks and broken threads on metal, wood and plastic.

Application examples:

MD MET is ideally suited for repairing incorrectly drilled holes, cavities and all cracks in metal, wood and plastic. Mechanical processing of the repaired areas is possible after a short time, so that the parts can be sanded, milled, drilled and painted over.

Processing instructions:

To achieve optimum results, the parts to be repaired should be clean and free of oil and grease. Roughening the surfaces can additionally increase the strength. Mechanical processing is possible after 30 minutes, while full curing takes place after 24 hours. Please note that application should not take place below +5°C outside temperature. The cartridge should be carefully resealed after use.
